Returns & Refunds
It is our goal that you are satisfied with every purchase.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, there is a 7-day return window for store credit.
After 7 business days all sales are final. To be eligible for return your product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition it was received.
Returned items will be inspected and credit will only be honored after condition is verified.
We do not accept returns for incorrect sizes.

Opal General Info
We only work with Australian opals from ethical sources.
Opal jewelry is delicate and should be treated with care. We do not refund or repair items that are damaged due to accident or carelessness.
Opals should not be worn during strenuous activity or worn to sleep. Please remove your jewelry if you will be working with your hands. This jewelry should also not be cleaned in an ultrasonic.
To clean your jewelry use a soft bristled toothbrush and a mild soap.
